Susanna Austin is a multi-passionate Businesswoman, Mentor, and certified NLP Practitioner known for her calm yet powerful approach to leadership and growth.

From Beauty brands to Wellness and Education, she's built multiple ventures — empowering others to lead with clarity, purpose, and GRACE in every area of life.

Starting her Entrepreneurial journey in 2014 as a dream to help women feel beautiful became a calling to help them feel whole. Over the years, Susanna has built and scaled multiple ventures — blending her background in beauty, business, and human behaviour to empower others to rise with GRACE and grounded confidence.

Rooted in self-leadership and emotional intelligence, her approach blends strategy with soul — guiding women to strengthen their inner foundation and lead themselves with calm, clarity, and compassion, no matter the chaos around them.

Her journey weaves together self-leadership, emotional awareness, and grounded confidence — teaching that growth doesn’t require perfection, just grounded GRACE.

Today, her work empowers women — especially stepmums and those in blended families — to find peace in their roles, reconnect with who they truly are, and create a life that feels steady, fulfilled, and authentic. Through her signature framework, The Rooted Stepmum, she helps women cultivate balance, belonging, and inner empowerment from the inside out.

A Beauty Therapist and Educator, Susanna has spent more than ten years in professional skincare, education, and salon management — empowering others through both hands-on expertise and leadership.

As a former Lash & Brow Queen and Makeup Artist, she has been featured in runway shows, creative collaborations, competitions and national beauty education magazines and events across Australia. A chapter that sparked her lifelong love for beauty and empowerment.

Her experience extends into digital marketing, brand development, and creative direction, where she brings a strong focus on connection-driven storytelling and purpose-led growth.

Her latest venture, Modular Sanctuaries, marks her expansion into the wellness and lifestyle innovation space — blending luxury design with holistic health.

In collaboration with her business partners, she is pioneering the creation of modular wellness pods that bring the experience of saunas, ice baths, recovery, meditation and movement into homes and businesses across Australia.

Through Modular Sanctuaries, Susanna continues her mission of helping people find calm, connection, and wellbeing in their everyday environments — redefining what it means to live a grounded, purpose-led life.
